How Made In has improved return operations and gained critical insights with Two Boxes

When we first met Made In, they had decided to bring their returns processing operations in-house. After many years of working with a 3PL, Made In needed more visibility, insights, and quality control for their returned merchandise. In addition to building out their own processes at their new fulfillment center in Texas, Made In was focused on finding a solution to further support their growing return processing needs and ever-evolving product catalog.

Made In’s team needed in-warehouse technology to help them:

  1. Process returns quickly and with high quality, according to their detailed SOP.

  2. Easily integrate with their existing storefront and customer-facing returns technology.

  3. Track critical returns data to identify fraud, policy abuse, supplier quality issues, and more.

Within three weeks of contract signing, Made In was live with Two Boxes at their facility outside of Austin, TX. Since then, Made In has processed thousands of returns and is looking forward to expanding their use of Two Boxes’ suite of products.
